Art Angels Africa hosted their first public auction in London, England on Thursday 11 May 2017. The event forms part on the on-going initiative to raise money for the education of learners in rural South Africa.

Curated by Rhino Africa, the auction included works by a variety of South African artists such as Beezy Bailey, Rina Stutzer, Sam Nhlengethwa, Nic Bladen, Angus Taylor, Lionel Smit, Phillemon Hlungwane, Colbert Mashile, Deborah Bell and Marco Cianfanelli.
